Meet the Wayne Dental Arts Team

Renata – Front Office Coordinator

My name is Renata, and I am the Front Office Coordinator.

I’ve been working in the dental field for 25 years. I am a lifetime member of The American Association of Dental Office Managers, and in 2012, I received a prestigious Fellowship Award from that Association.

I am proud to be part of Dr. Amir‘s great team, which delivers beautiful smiles, quality care, great service, and the newest technology. I am committed to constantly expanding my knowledge to ensure our patients receive the highest levels of service and professionalism.

I live in Randolph with my husband, three daughters, and dog, Luna. In my free time, I love to read, dance, hike, bike, and travel with my family to explore the world.

Joann – Dental Hygienist

My name is Joann and I am one of the registered dental hygienists (RDH) at Wayne Dental Arts. I graduated from Bergen Community College in 1993 with an Associate’s in Applied Science while completing their dental hygiene program. 

I found my calling as a dental hygienist when I started working in the dental field as a part-time dental assistant in 1988.

I joined Wayne Dental Arts in December of 2007, where I had the opportunity to continuously enhance my dental hygiene skills by employing the latest advancements in the dental field. I enjoy providing my patients with the care, education, and information they need to help them achieve the “winning smile” they desire.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and our dogs. We love vacationing in the Outer Banks and Disney World.

Julieth – Dental Hygienist

My name is Julieth, and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Wayne Dental Arts. With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, I am dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their oral health. I graduated from Eastern International College in 2021 with an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, and I am trained and certified to provide local dental anesthesia. I am also a proud member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association.

Throughout my career, I have worked in both private practices and hospital settings, allowing me to support patients with a wide range of needs and backgrounds. I value patient education, gentle care, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in modern dentistry to ensure the best possible experience for every person I treat.

I am proud to be part of Dr. Amir’s team, where we focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality care with a commitment to excellence in a warm and welcoming environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and pursuing personal growth.

Lori – Certified Dental Assistant

My name is Lori, and I am a certified dental assistant. I received my certification and training from the Berdan Institute in Totowa, NJ

I have been in the dental field for over 34 years and have been with Wayne Dental Arts as one of the practice’s dental assistants and front office helpers since graduating in 1988.

I pride myself on ensuring that our patients are greeted with a smile, completely comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their dental appointments. I truly enjoy working at Wayne Dental Arts; it’s my second family. I have been fortunate enough to see some of our patients grow up and even have their own families.

When not at work, Lori enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband, Don, and kids, Brianna, Kayla, & Stephen.

Teresa – Registered Dental Assistant

My name is Teresa, and I am a registered dental assistant (RDA) at Wayne Dental Arts. My career began in 2001 after graduating from Kearny High School, having completed a two-year dental assisting course.

I went on to earn my dental radiography license, dental assisting certification, and registration as an expanded-functions assistant from Dental Studies Institute in Fairfield, NJ. Continuously updating my knowledge and skills in the dental field is a major priority for me to ensure that I am doing my part in providing our patients with exceptional care.

I am compassionately attentive and am sure to be a pleasant and informative companion during your dental visits here with us. What I love about being a team member is that we have the common goal of providing the highest standard of care to many people daily. Each of us is focused on helping to enhance our patients’ lives, and we have cultivated such a happy environment because we truly feel lucky to have continued to work together all these years.

In my free time, I laugh as much as possible with my husband and our three children. We enjoy nature together and have spontaneous adventures. I also love a good book or podcast when I need some time for myself.
