Before we get into the worst Halloween candies known to man, let us ask you a question.
It was probably the last time you brushed, flossed, or rinsed with mouthwash.
And if we asked you when the last time was that you thought about your dental hygienist, you’d probably say the last time you were at our office.
Well, our fierce frontline defenders against the cavity creeps are here to change all that each October, with National Dental Hygiene Month.
Dental Hygienists across the country are teaming up with Walgreens and Listerine® in a nationwide effort to bring awareness and promote optimal oral health!

#DoTheSwish for A Chance to Win $1000!
Here’s how you can help promote healthy smiles and get a chance at winning $1000 from Walgreens & Listerine®.
- Find the nearest Walgreens store near you.
- Look for the ADHA logo on the LISTERINE display (pictured below) at the local Walgreens Store you selected.
- Snap a selfie with it and share your post with the tag #DoTheSwish on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram or email the photo to [email protected].
Photos submitted each week during October will have the chance to win a weekly prize of $250.
In addition, all selfies submitted between October 1 – 31, 2019 will be entered for the chance to win the GRAND SELFIE PRIZE of $1,000.
